Good experience renting
Pros
Communicative management, rent only raised only $25-50 a year in the 2-3 years I was there, Michael was very helpful in solving any issues. Apartment was on quiet street, little noise, never saw any pests despite being on the ground floor near the trash cans.

Brick walls, windows, Vlad the super. He was very accommodating.

Super noisy - considering all the restaurants and loud music
