Safe building in decent location
Pros
Management is responsive. Trash always taken out on time. Roof access is great. Train access is great too. Across the street from a school, so feels safe.
Cons
Can be pretty noisy at night. Took management a long time to fix an issue with the front door.
Advice to the owners
Be more proactive about communicating office closures.

Convenient Apartment location
Pros
It was very close to the trains and a grocery store, and the neighborhood was lovely
Cons
The landlord was not good about pest management
