Location is convenient to the C and the A train
Cons
Active drug dealing out front, rats in the walls. Response from the super was "this is Washington heights, what do you expect?"

Terrible management, nonstop leaks
Pros
Fairly quiet neighborhood, great neighbors, many have been here for several years due to rent stabilization
Cons
Pest management is nonexistent. Ceiling leaks and pipes bursting are common. Trash management is awful. Basically just an alley that fills 6 feet high with trash by trash day. Good luck getting in touch with management when you need something.
