Good water pressure, lots to do in the area, nice neighbors, pretty responsive landlord

Cons

Area felt unsafe, lots of drug usage on the corner, everything outside on that specific corner was fine

fixtures in unit were nice

Cons

monthly bedbug exterminator came because every unit was infested. no one told us. had to talk to other tenants to find out their apartments were infested too
