The Charming Brooklyn Brownstone
Pros
Wonderful building managers who are very personable and make sure we’re always taken care of. The amenities such as free laundry(on the weekends)and fast Fios internet are very helpful. The kitchen cabinets offer lots of storage space. Well run dishwasher. The AC unit is very useful in the summer. The patio is well kept and we haven’t had any issues as of yet. The building managers are the kindest people and we couldn’t have imagined living in New York for the first time without their support!
