Not a nice place or safe area to raise a family

It has become dirty, loud neighbors hanging infrint of the building, nit a good place to raise kids amd family.

Advice to the owners

Needs to have more security, and maintenance. More heat during winter, have pest control system in place, & fix tenants appliances

No elevators, lazy super and the fact that I have to take my trash outside. Also the fire escape is scary.
