Nice building- recommended
Pros
New building, laundry in basement. Small number of apts so generally quiet. Responsive super. Management office across the street
Cons
Payment via check. Old school
Advice to the owners
Notify tenants when there is a building wide issue (hot water or elevator out etc) so we don’t all call the super individually. Would be nice to know if management is aware of a problem. Invest in online payment platform

2+ years with no troubles!
Pros
Live-in super is fast and attentive. No bugs. Spacious 1BR and rent hasn’t gone up since we moved into our unit in April 2019
Cons
Just wish we had a bit more room, going to upgrade to a 2BR soon and can’t stay in the building :(
