Nice building, terrible block
Pros
Never had a pest issue, super is very responsive, kitchen is updated and has microwave/oven/dish washer, decent amount of space
Cons
Very dark living room/back bedroom, street is very very noisy and has a homeless issue

-water has been turned off for extensive periods -rats -street noise is crazy
