Enjoyed living here!
Pros
The superintendent is incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. The building was well maintained and managed.
Cons
I ended up moving out for other reasons, but a few months before moving there was a cockroach infestation that affected the 6th floor - this was shortly after COVID so may have been a result of tenants moving out or not living in their apartments for a long period of time.
