Red Hook + A Pool!
Pros
Loved the large outdoor area and the pool! Though the BQE traffic can be a little loud, it's a totally fine tradeoff.
Cons
The floors are thin so if there are big dogs or kids upstairs you will hear the footsteps.
Advice to the owners
The place is great -keep being an awesome landlord!
