Cheap construction, no privacy
Pros
Pretty block with trees.
Cons
Home Depot quality construction and features. Constant presence of the landlords “hanging out” on the property. Poor maintenance of outdoor spaces, poor snow and ice removal. Generally condescending attitude toward tenants.
Advice to the owners
Sell the building to someone interested in maintaining it properly.
