Just ok, nothing specifically horrible
Pros
Outdoor space in every unit, nice neighbors on a quiet street
Cons
Hard to get repairs done. Apartment was pretty run down but we accepted it for lower rent.
Advice to the owners
Lame to increase every unit’s rent 20-30%

Pros
Large windows, management fixes appliances fast.
Cons
Lots of pigeons making noise outside bedroom window. No fan in bathroom.
Advice to the owners
Lower rent during COVID.
