Laura Hobgood is just the worst
Pros
The tenants in the. Building are all fantastic. I feel sorry for them living under a selfish horrible person.
Cons
Laura Hobgood is the worst. Rats crawling everywhere because Laura did not want to invest in any kind of garbage management. Laura even tried to blame the rat issue on the cleanest Restaurant in the neighborhood.
Advice to the owners
Get rid of Laura Hobgood.

Quaint building and good management
Pros
Nice management company. Responsive, easy to work with, on top of most things. Nice super. Relatively well maintained building.
Cons
Basement had some cockroaches. Some exterior lights were out for a while. Back yard area was poorly maintained for a while before eventually cleaned up.
