Landlord is awful
Pros
-Neighbors are nice -Building is in a nice neighborhood -Units have character
Cons
The landlord is truly disrespectful, unresponsiveness, and consistently goes against FHA, NY Housing Laws, and more. When we moved into our unit, it was an absolute mess and completely unready - when we escalated this, the landlord and ownership team didn't respond for days, and then proceeded to threaten to kick us out of the unit if we continued to cause problems.

Bad management nothing gets fixed

None horrible super and management
Cons
Super doesn't sweep or map the floors,also very disrespectful with the tenants,never answers the phone if u have an emergency and he's very selfish. He needs to be fired
Advice to the owners
Hire a new super and fix people's apartments
