Pros
Management was responsive at the beginning of lease. Hallways were always clean
Cons
Management ignored us while we had a leak & hole in our ceiling for months - until we said we would leave did they come and fix it. Bathroom had weird construction issues and SO MANY bugs coming out of the walls and light fixtures.
