Great space, loud surroundings
Pros
High ceilings, big rooms, great sun light. No noise coming from neighbors or shared walls.
Cons
The M train runs behind the apartment, and there is a speaker installation company that faces south. Sometimes during the day it feels as if your sandwiched between sound. Landlord's billed us for the wrong Con Ed bills for nearly a year.
