great building, nice neighbors, very responsive landlord, no bug issues, great water pressure, great area, close to several train stations, across from the park
Cons
issue with outsiders stealing packages from mailroom

Building is great but if you're renting from Linda just know she's awful

nice neighbors, well-kept building, love the neighborhood.
Cons
Linda Salomon is a terrible landlord. Good luck to you if anything in your apartment breaks. She will leave you with issues for months and then treat you like dirt if you dare ask her to open her purse and maintain her own property.
Advice to the owners
To the co-op board? I've heard how badly you wanna get rid of Linda as a shareholder and for the love of God and for everyone else's sake please push back on her.
