Great Building Experience
Pros
Responsive and efficient management, great backyard. Nice appliances. Overall had an amazing time.
Cons
Ridiculously expensive electricity bills, maybe 4x what my friends in the area pay. Something is wrong with this buildings wiring.
Advice to the owners
Fix the electrical wiring!

Mold and Water Nightmare

Neighbors are great, quiet and good closets

Mold and water issues. Leakage in ceilings and lack of response.
