Unresponsive and dirty
Pros
good location, and that's it
Cons
- dirty - stolen packages almost every day - super never responds and does not come in a timely manner - neighbors are loud and rude to your face - very old building with no elevator or laundry - temperature in apartments either gets way too cold or hot

2 bed 1 bath apartment in LES
Pros
Inside of the apartment was newly renovated and good. Quick responses to maintenance issues.
Cons
Homeless people used to come into the building and steal packages and pee in the hallways. The area is loud and dirty and a lot of people hang out in front of the building. Supper had an attitude on him like you wouldn't believe.
