Not too bad at the time
Pros
The rent was cheap and the bedrooms are decently sized
Cons
There was a homeless man constantly doing drugs/passed out on the steps outside. My packages always got stolen
Advice to the owners
Get some cameras for the building

Pros
-Nice neighbors/neighborhood -Pet friendly -good light
Cons
-Slow response from management -Roaches in basement -Laundry in basement often broken -Problems with AC/heating led to cold winters

Send out the maintenance portal when someone moves in - I had to get the link from a neighbor.
