Great building, great community

Amenities could be nicer for maintenance costs.

Great building
Pros
Neighbors were quiet. The building was clean. No pests, the garbage was disposed of well. My landlord was always on top of any issues I had. Very responsive.
Cons
The heating/cooling system was very big and costly.
Advice to the owners
More ceiling fans and another heating and cooling system. Would make the overall bill of living there easier.
