100 Ainslie is pretty good
Pros
Clean, good natural light in bedrooms, really great location
Cons
Landlord raised my rent $1000 over the 2 years I was here Depending on where the unit is in the building, it can be very noisy because union Ave is busy Windows don’t provide good insulation, can be very cold in the winter
