Good in the area, nice apartment
Pros
Close to trains, thick walls, nice neighbors, package lockers, responsive super, mostly clean
Cons
Walk up, occasional roaches, no laundry

Overall, an ok starter apartment
Pros
It's very clean and quiet - mostly families in the building. The management is nice, and the building itself is well-maintained.
Cons
The condo rules are ridiculous. You basically cannot use any of the amenity spaces with guests without having to pay $1,000 to "rent" the spaces. The neighborhood is also becoming dirtier, louder, and with an increased drug presence.
Advice to the owners
Lower the costs of the amenities
