Decent place, bad management
Pros
No bugs, great neighborhood.
Cons
Shower door shattered in the middle of the night. It took 3+ weeks for someone to remove it and clean up the glass, during which I tip toed around tiny glass shards on the shower floor. When they finally replaced the door, it was the wrong size for the shower. Construction for months each morning at 7 am.
Management response is subpar
Pros
The neighborhood sits on a quiet road but a few blocks away is lively.
Cons
Slow responses from management and rude staff. The heater is billed but during the winter it can run up to 300-400 extra each month. Management will give you the bill and they divide it between the properties so it is not just for your space but accumulation of all the space and you don’t really know if it’s correctly billed or if they just made a number up and billed you.
Advice to the owners
Please have heater bill from the electric company and display letter renters know.
