Loved it here
Pros
Safe, packages never stolen, Felipe (super) is kind and prompt, building is quiet, sturdy well-made appliances in unit, garbage and recycling was easy
Cons
Elevator not working occasionally, saw a drug deal happen outside the building

The super is excellent
Pros
The super is responsive and very good at his job.
Cons
Once the heat is tuned on, it’s like a sauna all the time.
