An average landlord/building
Pros
The building feels newer than the surrounding buildings. The rooms have great ceiling height.
Cons
Management is not the most responsive, usually takes a few days for an email response.

Pretty decent cost for a pretty decent place
Pros
It felt very new and there was rooftop access and a basement with washer and drying machines.
Cons
The maintenance man was very rude and did not fix the issues requested.
Advice to the owners
Please get another maintenance man. And consider getting another camera outside.
