Great building to live in!
Pros
I lived here from 2012-2014. The live-in super was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive. The units were spacious and reasonably priced. Water pressure was awesome. Anytime an issue came up, it was fixed quickly. Pest control happened frequently.
Cons
Packages were sometimes delivered to the building across the street (for security purposes as that building had a doorman), but it made getting packages a little difficult

Solid amenities in a convenient location
Pros
Solid set of amenities (doormen, elevator, and laundry). Building close to a lot of subway stations.

Buggy (cockroaches) and street noise
