Great Building - but beware of pests

Great staff Laundry in Building Roofdeck Large living space
Cons
Cockroaches and mice frequently - lived there for 2.5 years and saw about 5-6 mice in total - building was helpful in exterminating but ultimately it was a frequent problem.

All of the doormen are great and the facilities are very clean

No units with washer/dryer in-unit
