spacious rooms, super in the building

old laundromat, there are roaches, poor noise isolation

Clean and quiet
Pros
The building is always clean and tidy however renovations to apts are splotchy and messy
Cons
Finicky neighbors, if you’re sensitive to noise move out of NYC instead of complaining and whining
Advice to the owners
Hire contractors for certain jobs and renovations, super is spread too thin and rushes jobs having to come back numerous times.
