Pros
Never saw any pests or rodents - relatively clean both inside and out
Cons
Landlord is your typical NYC hard to deal with landlord - definitely have to fight for getting things fixed
Advice to the owners
Make sure you articulate all needs upon lease signing or your requests may not be fulfilled
