There was an in unit laundry and dryer which is rare in this neighborhood
The apartment had thin walls and could hear the streets if facing the street side. The heat was so weak that we had to get an additional heater/unit.
Decent size place with all the necessary appliances. Building is relatively clean and responsive.
Location isn’t the best.
