A nice place to live
Pros
Generally clean building, responsive super, my unit has controlled heating/AC which is fantastic. Quiet and not too many units.
Cons
Sometimes they don’t pick up the trash enough, and our building is almost always the one with the most garbage on the entire block.

Keep the building clean and stop the rent hikes which are both unethical and diabolical during a pandemic
