Good apartments and easy to work with management
Cons
Heat not always on and no washing machines.

Great building, one terrible tenant
Pros
Very conveniently located, good price for the location and space. Landlord is responsive
Cons
Inconsiderate, very noisy neighbors in the building, no elevator, no laundry on site
Advice to the owners
The closet space on each floor that only certain tenants have access to would be a great place to put laundry units that everyone can use
