a slumlord who doesn't take care of his building
Pros
we have a lot of space for the price
Cons
has the audacity to increase rent every year when NO improvements have been made in the building, responsiveness is a 1 out of 10. it takes days or even weeks to hear back. One must take it upon themselves to hire an exterminator which ive had to do or pay out of pocket for repairs that should be taken care of by the landlord!
Advice to the owners
learn how to run a building and most importantly listen to your tenants and address building concerns without having to be told and when told do it in a timely manner

Building has been seriously neglected.

Location is great.

Building is in poor condition

Stairwell, landings have pealing paint, dirt, broken banisters, not up to fire code.
