Absolutely love this building!
Pros
I highly recommend living in this building. I loved my neighbors and it truly felt like a community + big family. John, the landlord and the super are phenomenal and respond very quickly. I wish they had apartments bigger than one bedrooms. Plus the grocery store was right across the street, close to the water/bridge and truly an amazing neighborhood.
Cons
The floors were squeaky, so occasionally it would bother neighbors below you. That is to be expected in these old buildings.
