A decent apartment building
Pros
The best location, decently spaced and designed apartments, neighbors are nice, day to day is fine
Cons
Neighbors and street can be loud, garbage management in the summer stinks, super doesn't care about the building, walk up, no lobby, building interior is not the cleanest
Advice to the owners
Get a super that cares more about the property
