Good area + good building
Pros
The building is in a pretty quiet area for the most part. Good area to go out and be in, very safe. The apartment is nice, lived there for a multiple years.
Cons
We had a few mice every once in a while, but truly not an issue.

Don’t always get packages as you should. The gate should have a call box to ring apartments
