great for NY standards
Pros
Pretty responsive management, maintenance guy was so kind and helpful
Cons
Overpriced rent! Had our rent raised twice- once was a $1000 increase

Nice place to live
Pros
Well-maintained, they send a guy every month to check for bugs, nicely renovated, layout makes sense
Cons
No central A/C, heat could be warmer, heat is not controlled by tenant except by valve, and windows do not properly close
