Pros
Great location. Close to lots of transportation and restaurants. Laundry and grocery store on the block!
Cons
Not enough light in the apartment. Restaurant downstairs can be loud. In the winter the heat is very expensive. Major roach problem in the summer. They came from the stove line from the restaurant downstairs and the landlord offered no solution and I had to take care of it myself. It was a nightmare! Buzzer has been broken for a while. Makes it very hard to get mail/packages.

Buzzer needs to be fixed
