Pros
The outside is always clean. He has no life so he just stays sweeping and cleaning and just sitting outside looking at your every move
Cons
He has a camera that he just sits inside rewinding and fast forwarding, paying attention to everything that you’re doing. You have no privacy in there. There are signs that’s says no smoking even though he’s the only one who smokes in the building and inside always wrecks of cigarettes and whatever stinky odor that’s in there. He does not want you to put in window ac because he sits under your window all summer smoking and the smoke smell rises so your bedroom always smells like cigarette. He raises the rent at ridiculous prices every year. 200, 150 etc. There’s more but another time
Advice to the owners
As long as you’re getting your rent on time and the tenant is in his or her space, stay in your lane and your tenants deserves their privacy. Not someone keeping watch like a hawk
