Inexistent management , no support

The super is not a real super is a tenant who does the garbage. The management doesn’t care about the building just the rent

You get what you pay for
Pros
Good location, nice natural light, good price for the space.
Cons
Tons of trash and vagrants in the entryway. The bar downstairs does a horrible job cleaning the area and it feels dirty. There are mice throughout the building, and they will send exterminators to help, but it’s difficult when they are so prevalent. There are several squatters in the building as well it seems, as well as a contractor who works in the basement, which is a fire hazard.
Advice to the owners
Work with Rays to keep the building clean. Do not rent out the basement to someone using heavy machinery.
