Pros
-Amazing location -Super is a great guy and is always around -Neighbors are 25-40 -Right near central park -Solid floor layout -Not a single bug ever
Cons
-The owner cant be bothered to replace the double panel windows with a broken seal. This resulted in opaque windows of what would otherwise be a good view. -Extremely stingy landlord. Been using a half-broken fridge this entire stay. -Landlord doesnt reply to e-mails, texts, or seemingly anything. -Wood flooring means you better hope your neighbors take their shoes off inside. My neighbor records Tiktoks all day. It is not fun.
Advice to the owners
Care more about aesthetic, you could charge 25% more if you did. No passion/care/love in this apartment.
