Spacious and great location but be ready to be surveilled
Pros
Great location Spacious rooms Good sized kitchen Good storage
Cons
Landlord is sketchy and eccentric. They will disappear, go back on their word and set you up to fail. They are highly erratic, surveillance is an ongoing thing esp as new tenants, having guests is not ok, rental terms are very unfair especially at renewals
