Quiet civilized no bugs big apartments quiet neighborhood.
Cons
It’s expensive and also far from the train and no bodega nearby

Cons
Scummy management that tries to nickel and dime you. Neighbors who smoke weed all hours of the day.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive, be nicer to your tenants.
