Good space in the building, good location
Cons
Landlord's willingness to fix or update in a proper way - a lot of cheap fixes

Very decent living experience
Pros
The building is maintained as best as possible. Always quick responses from super. Very few minimal pest problems (like bugs) and always resolved. Garbage never crazy looking
Cons
Not much to complain about, sometimes the lobby could be polished but nothing terrible
Advice to the owners
Invest in laundry in building, it’s be worth it.
