Nice building, but full of roaches
Pros
Nice area, live in super, beautiful building. Garbage and recycling taken care of. Water pressure good. It’s a coop so individual owners.
Cons
Cockroaches everywhere, the exterminator is supposed to do preventative pest control, but it’s not happening
Advice to the owners
Get a different pest control company
