Great location but horrible building upkeep
Pros
Great location and quiet neighbors
Cons
Building is infested with mice. Exterminator comes monthly but doesn’t do much to control the situation. Building management ignores complaints from tenants Building hallways are never maintained, floors are always disgusting.
Advice to the owners
Maintain the building better

Nice Tenants, Lazy Super
Pros
Great neighbors, great layouts, good location
Cons
Lazy Super who never cleans the public areas and pretends not to speak English. He gathers his friends and family in his office and they chat all day.
