Safe, quiet, landlord is responsive
Cons
Heat is WAY too high. Apartment gets super hot during colder months. Need to leave windows open most days

Great value, great building in UES
Pros
Responsive super and property manager, spacious units, reliable laundry machines. Larger than usual 1 bedroom units!
Cons
Heat can be erratic occasionally when the weather is turning, nothing unmanageable - but super is always reachable in case they forget to turn on boiler.
