Rodent issues no one to fix maintenance horrible All garbage is left in lobby
Advice to the owners
Care more for tenant living conditions this building is past economical growth. People shouldn’t walk through trash to get inside their building

A lot of travel ways such as subway and buses that are nearby

It’s hard to tell with them about fixing what needs to be fixed
