Great neighborhood, owner is responsive. Overall good

Great location, small number of tenants
Cons
Super doesn’t live nearby so cleanliness could be an issue. No CCTV
Advice to the owners
Cleaning the common areas often so that to maintain the building clean. Some dead bugs could be seen on hallways in the summer. Installing a cctv would be good.
